The proposal involves creating a small 117 m2 modular classroom building and covered walkway / canopy in designated area within the Energy Coast University Technical College. The proposal will be located in the area of existing land between the university buildings and tie in with the existing asphalt and block paving for access to the building that will be repaired and made good after the works are complete. Proposed building will be provided with a part M compliant ramp for access. The building will consist of a single classroom and ancillary facilities.
